The SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, which is now in its 16th year, features the top Minor League prospects competing in a nine-inning contest as part of Taco Bell All-Star Sunday. Team USA, which has won each of the last four contests, leads the all-time series, 9-6. The game will begin at 5 p.m. ET and can be viewed live on MLB Network and MLB.com.

Harvey, who is currently with Class A Delmarva, is 4-4 with a 2.98 ERA in 13 games. He has pitched 66 1/3 innings and allowed 47 hits, 22 earned runs and 28 walks with 76 strikeouts. He is the club's No. 3 prospect, according to MLB.com.

Alvarez is batting .308 in 73 games for Bowie and has 19 doubles and 12 home runs. The Cuban native, signed by the Orioles to a Minor League contract on July 24, 2013, also has 57 RBIs.

"I was talking to [Minor League hitting instructor] Jeff [Manto] today about him. He really likes him," Orioles manager Buck Showalter said of Alvarez. "My second question was how is he defensively? They made a move with him to center field. He's probably more a corner [outfielder] up here. He likes him as much as any of our offensive prospects. He's 26, but you kind of throw that out."
