Bundy to go to Aberdeen

ARLINGTON -- Top pitching prospect Dylan Bundy, who has been pitching in extended spring, is slated to make his first appearance for an affiliate, starting for Class A Short-Season Aberdeen on June 15.

Bundy, who underwent Tommy John surgery last June, has been pitching at the team's spring complex in Sarasota, Fla. and he had his best outing to date on Tuesday with four perfect innings. Bundy faced a pair of hitters after that to extend the outing and his fastball velocity has also been reported as favorable at this point in the rehab process.

The Orioles' first-round Draft pick in 2011, Bundy, No. 1 in the Orioles' system, reached the Majors the following season and appeared in two games in relief.
