MILWAUKEE -- Despite the fact that that Monday's series opener marked Baltimore's first trip to Milwaukee since 2008, there were still several familiar faces for the Orioles at Miller Park, including closer Francisco Rodriguez and infielder Mark Reynolds.
A very popular guy in the O's clubhouse, Reynolds faced his former club last year as a member of the Yankees and joked that he was upset shortstop J.J. Hardy -- whose Brewers number he's wearing this year -- backed out of dinner after Monday's game.
"I keep tabs with them on TV as much as I can," Reynolds said of an Orioles organization he played for in 2011 and '12. "I get the 'cut the cord' thing from my teammates, but with the run we had in 2012 and as close as we were, It's rare you form friendships like that. And it's always good to see them."
