Tillman, Gonzalez laugh off fender bender in Boston

BOSTON -- Orioles pitchers Chris Tillman and Miguel Gonzalez's taxi got into a minor fender bender on the way to Fenway Park on Thursday afternoon. Both pitchers are fine and had a good time joking about the incident later, according to manager Buck Showalter.

"Somebody kind of bumped them from behind," he said. "They came in like they were whiplashed, both of them laying on the [training] table.

"They said the worst part of it was the 3-mile chase [after the woman that hit them]. Only Tilly. They had some fun with that."

Tillman started the Orioles' series finale Thursday, while Gonzalez is slated to pitch Friday's series opener in New York.
